The name is a contradiction on purpose.

Epicurean: simply put; someone whom cares deeply and passionately about what they eat and drink. Cowboy: someone doing it outdoors, over fire, far from anything convenient. Put them togetherand you have the whole idea - that the two do not cancel each other out. That craft and wilderness aren't opposites. That you can cook something worthy of eating in a place worth being.
